Tatenhill Aviation Ltd was founded in 1987 with the intention of serving aircraft owners / operators with an approved maintenance facility at a competitive cost.
A later addition to the company was the introduction of a flying school which operates a varied fleet of light aircraft and provides instruction through its flying instructors, all of which have many years of teaching experience.
The company was expanded in 1996 to include an avionics approval with the aim of providing avionics installation, fault finding and rectification work on a host of aircraft types. The avionics approval was again expanded in 2005 with the addition of an EASA Part 21 Subpart J Design Organisation Approval.
